Most agencies outsource their pre-employment psychological evaluations to companies which may hire psychologists without specialized training in this field. Inexperience and poor judgment can lead to unnecessary disqualifications or poor ratings. Candidates who feel they are qualified should contact us for a second opinion. Many law enforcement agencies will offer you an opportunity to appeal the original decision, and in some cases, the decision is reversible.
